Hi, i'm justin.
The confluence of data science and public policy stands to revolutionize the way that practitioners at all levels of government do their job. As municipalities face greater challenges with constrained resources, the potential for data to target resources, predict outcomes, and improve the well-being of every citizen is what drives me.
I like to find innovative ways to use information we already know to improve the outcomes of processes. I have committed my life to better understanding the factors that influence the success of cities and am passionate about helping cities in the areas of community and economic development, affordable housing, and disaster recovery.
With experience creating data-focused solutions to problems at the federal, state, and local levels through projects with the US Department of Housing and Development, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and New York City Housing Authority, I'm always looking for new opportunities to do good with data.
